Magazine editors to look back and ahead at some of their most popular stories
Baltimore magazine will launch “Baltimore Boomerang,” a new podcast produced and hosted by the editors of Baltimore magazine, on Monday, Nov. 20th as part of its ever-expanding media offerings. Every month, award-winning features and intriguing stories from the vast collection of the magazine’s archives will find new life with in-depth interviews and the most up-to-date anecdotes and news.
“The news cycle is so fast-paced these days that ‘Boomerang’ is a way for us to do a deeper dive into stories that shouldn’t be forgotten,” said Jess Mayhugh, digital editor for Baltimore magazine. “As a podcast addict myself, I can’t wait to hear these updates to our stories.”
Currently available through Soundcloud and baltimoremagazine.com, the first episode airing Nov. 20th will delve back into the 1995 article about the scandal at Seton Keough High School featured in the Netflix documentary The Keepers.
