BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rotunda Capital Partners, LLC, a middle-market private equity firm, announced today that it has completed the sale of its portfolio company, Primary Integration Solutions, Inc., to Bureau Veritas, a world leader in laboratory testing, inspection and certification services. PI is the largest specialist provider of commissioning and operational consulting services for data centers and other mission critical environments.
In 2012, Rotunda Capital partnered with PI’s management team to recapitalize the company. Soon after, PI refined its business model to focus on mitigating infrastructure risk for complex data center builds, fueling the rapid growth of the business during Rotunda’s ownership. PI’s commissioning process ensures that new or existing mission critical facilities operate at peak performance and confirms that systems are designed, installed and maintained successfully over time. PI’s services are critical in preventing costly system malfunctions and downtime.

The Company scaled internationally, completing projects in over 35 countries, and also expanded its service line, developing operational risk management and quality control solution capabilities.
