With more than 20 years of training, project management and business development experience Ms. Tracy McCullom is opening her first fashion boutique. Ms. McCullom received her B.A. from The University of Maryland, College Park and earned her MBA from The University of Baltimore. She is a native Baltimorean, but has resided in Harford County for the last eleven years. She has a special commitment to the flourishment of Baltimore communities. From the board room, or welfare to work, or new beginnings for ex-offenders, to styling personal clients. Tracy has helped individuals and organizations reach their maximum potential. Chickie & Co. is a new and fun project for Ms. McCullom, "I want to disrupt Baltimore Fashion. Bring newness, on the cuff trends, nothing you have ever seen before.
