First New Class-A Apartments in 40 Years Started in Northern Anne Arundel County

10/23/17

Enterprise Homes, Inc., in partnership with Southview Development, owner of the Southview Shopping Center, has started construction of Woodfall Greens, a new Class-A community of 230 apartments in Anne Arundel County near the intersection of Route 2 and Hammonds Lane. Woodfall Greens will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across five, four-story, elevator-served buildings, with the first homes opening in the fall of 2018. It will be the first Class-A apartment development in this part of Anne Arundel County in four decades.

“We’re excited to bring this new community to an extraordinarily convenient site in northern Anne Arundel County,” said Chickie Grayson, president & CEO of Enterprise Homes. “Woodfall Greens will offer a great place to live with great amenities in a great location.”

All of Woodfall Greens’ Class-A apartments will feature high-quality finishes, balconies, in-unit washer/dryers, and state-of-the-art kitchens. Several one- and two-bedroom apartments will also offer dens. Community amenities include a club room, library/business center, fully-equipped fitness center, outdoor pool and deck area, fireplaces with seating areas, and barbeque grills.

Residents will have exceptional access to transportation, employment, shopping and recreation and cultural centers in the Baltimore/Annapolis/Washington, D.C. region. Nearby highways include Route 2, I-695, I-895, Baltimore-Washington Parkway, I-97, and I-95. Public transit is available through light rail at the Patapsco station, and local buses. Adjacent to the west is the Chesapeake Arts Center, which offers a variety of cultural amenities, including two theatres, gallery space, dance studios, and classes for all ages including theater, music, dance, ceramics, and visual arts. Adjacent to the north and east is the Southview shopping center, which will allow residents convenient doorstep access to a grocery store, pharmacy, and multiple restaurants.

Woodfall Greens will be built to the National Green Building Standard.

“Woodfall Greens will strengthen the economic growth and diverse community workforce of north Anne Arundel County,” said Stephanie L. Williams, president of Bozzuto Management Company. “Access to a multitude of amenities and cultural centers, an extensive transportation network, as well as Bozzuto’s stellar management services will create an extraordinary experience for residents.”

Woodfall Greens will be managed by Bozzuto Management Company, one of the premier apartment management companies in the country. Grimm & Parker was the architect and Harkins Builders is the general contractor.
