Rosso Commercial Inks First Baltimore Location For Global Non-Profit, AIDS Healthcare Foundation

10/22/17

After a year-long search for the right location, AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) has signed a long term lease entering the Baltimore market at 11 E. Lexington Ave. The Los Angeles-based AHF is a global nonprofit organization providing cutting-edge medicine and advocacy to more than 819k people in 39 countries, and is the largest provider of HIV/AIDS medical care in the U.S. AHF engaged Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services? to spearhead their search and lease negotiations for the right location in Baltimore, Maryland.

AHF funds its mission to rid the world of AIDS through a network of pharmacies, thrift stores, healthcare contracts and other strategic partnerships. The leasing of 2,916 SF 1st floor retail space at 11 E. Lexington Ave will serve as a Clinic, Pharmacy and office space to serve AHF's target population in and around the Baltimore market. By advocating big goals–such as having 1 billion people tested each year–AHF hopes to eliminate older, more time-consuming methods. Since 1987, AHF has cared for thousands of people living with HIV and AIDS worldwide.

John Rosso & Ryan Brassel at Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services represented AHF.
