Here are my power rankings for Week 7 of the NFL season.
1. Philadelphia Eagles (5-1, No. 3 ranking last week)
We've officially reached the point of the season where parity has totally taken over and nobody is really all that good or bad. Are the Eagles really the best team? Hell, I don't even know with certainty that they'll make the playoffs. But it's sort of like the first time I heard "Shape of You" by Ed Sheeran. Sure, it's just as mediocre and forgettable as all of his other music, but in a moment you can convince yourself it's actually semi-OK. That's what the Eagles are in comparison to the rest of the mediocre, forgettable teams in the NFL.
