HPS Management and Guardian Property Management jointly announced the acquisition of Guardian by HPS Management effective immediately. The terms of the agreement will merge Guardian’s managed communities with the communities currently managed by HPS Management, while Guardian’s Maintenance Department will reorganize into a new separate company providing maintenance and construction services in Delaware.

Scott will serve as the President of the newly created Guardian Property Services, LLC and continue to provide maintenance and construction services.
