Lerner Announces Cross Country Consulting Headquarter Lease At 1600 Tysons Boulevard

Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that Cross Country Consulting has signed a lease at 1600 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons, Virginia. The firm will occupy the entire 11th floor, totaling 23,000 square feet ofthe trophy office tower in Tysons II, the premier master-planned development in Northern Virginia.

1600 Tysons Boulevard is a 305,000 square foot award-winning office tower in Tysons II, locatedjust two blocks from the Tysons Corner Metro Station. In addition to enjoying direct access to the Capital Beltway and Dulles Toll Road, the building is connected toall of the developments in Tysons II by a climate-controlled pedestrian skywalk,including Lerner's other trophy office buildingsas well as Tysons Galleria, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and a number of leading dining destinations.
