Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following transactions in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan market, totaling 6,902 square feet of retail space.
Cricket Wireless leased 2,400 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Marlow Heights Shopping Center located at 4123 Branch Avenue in Temple Hills, Maryland. DRE’s Joe Farina and Chris Saa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Marlow Heights is a Macy’s and Giant-anchored center.
Snap a Roll leased 2,202 square feet of retail space in Rockville Town Center located at 200 East Middle Lane in Rockville, Md. DRE’s Aeri Jai represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Snap a Roll is a new, smaller, fast-casual concept by Sushi King. Jai represents Sushi King in its search for new locations throughout the mid-Atlantic.
Ly’s Secret Beauty Supply and Brading Shop leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Church Road Plaza located at 45665 Church Road in Sterling, Va. DRE’s Rob Gray represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
Complete Nutritionleased 1,100 square feet of retail space in Garfield Park located at 925 North Garfield Street in Arlington, Va. DRE’s Brandon Howard represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
