Phoenix Color Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ALJ Regional Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALJJ), announced today the closing of the acquisition of the assets of Moore-Langen Printing Company, Inc. in Terre Haute, Indianafrom LSC Communications, Inc. (NYSE: LKSD).
