Lee Chesapeake Property Management Wins Asset Management Contract For 122,000 SF Building In Beltsville

New requirement elevates asset management portfolio to more than three million square feet

Lee Chesapeake Property Management, a division of Lee & Associates Maryland, has won a contract from K.C. Real Estate Holdings, LLC to perform comprehensive asset management services for 12100 Baltimore Avenue, a 122,000 square foot industrial/warehouse building located in the Beltsville section of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Michelle Kimos, Director of Property Management for Lee Chesapeake Property Management will oversee the asset management strategy.

With this new requirement, Lee Chesapeake Property Management now handles asset management services for more than three million square feet of commercial office, industrial, warehouse and retail space throughout the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. metropolitan region.
