NEA-backed MongoDB To Go Public


New York City-based database software company MongoDB has filed for an $100 million IPO, according to an SEC filing. MongoDB is planning on listing the stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “MDB.” Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs are listed as being among the leading underwriters. MongoDB’s backers include New Enterprise Associates, Sequoia Capital, Union Square Ventures, Flybridge Capital Partners and T. Rowe Price, reported Crunchbase.
