St. John Properties, Inc. and Greenebaum Enterprises sponsored a broker event last week at 8110 Maple Lawn Boulevard, a four-story, 105,000 square foot Class "A" office building situated within Maple Lawn, a 600-acre mixed-use business community in Howard County. In his remarks, Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman explained, "it is hard not to get excited about this business community. We have followed the progress of Maple Lawn for the past fifteen years, and the developers have followed through on their promise to create an unparalleled business, retail and residential environment." Mike Janke, among the founders of DataTribe, which leases office space in the adjacent 8115 Maple Lawn Boulevard, also addressed the crowd consisting of real estate brokerage professionals, business leaders and public officials.
