SHIFT Names Paul Elliott as Principal and Partner

SHIFT, a Baltimore-based management consulting and recruiting company, has named Paul Elliott Principal and Partner.

SHIFT recently acquired Elliott’s Annapolis-based company, Exemplary Performance. The company worked with clients that include Microsoft, FedEx, Ford, Boeing, and HSBC Group to improve revenue and bottom-line performance.

As Principal and Partner of SHIFT, Elliott will continue to work with enterprise clients and focus on building SHIFT’s presence on the West Coast.

With more than 30 years of expertise, Elliott has distinct experience with enterprise clients in the areas of strategy deployment and execution, human capital strategy in support of business initiatives, and optimization of talent to drive results. He is also the co-author of the bookExemplary Performance: Driving Business Results by Benchmarking Your Star Performers.

Elliott received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, and went on to earn his Masters of Arts in Education with a focus in Instructional Technology from Syracuse University. He also received his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
