Angela Malley Joins Early Light Media

9/14/17

Early Light Media is thrilled to welcome producer Angela Malley to the team. Angela’s unique blend of experience in scripted and unscripted content, including Academy Award-nominated feature film documentaries (How to Survive a Plague), TV commercials for major brands, and short films, makes her a perfect addition to the ELM team.

Previously, Angela worked for Park Pictures in New York City and most recently as a freelance producer in NYC and Baltimore.

“I’m a firm believer in the power of storytelling to change the world,” says Angela. “I have dedicated my career to using video storytelling for social impact and I love bringing people together to create, advocate and inspire change.”

Her role as Executive Producer for ELM is critical in researching, pitching, and brainstorming ideas, managing stakeholders, keeping schedules and budgets on track, building and managing teams, and overseeing the creative process from beginning to end. Let’s face it, she’s the glue.

Angela began her career in television and film production with one goal in mind, to nudge people into living better, healthier lives. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in television and film from Boston University, and a Master’s of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the number one school for public health in the world.
