Farm Credit Appoints Sue Greulich As Manager of Organizational Development and Talent Management

MidAtlantic Farm Credit recently announced the hiring of Sue Greulich as manager of organizational development and talent management, based in the association’s Westminster, Maryland office.

“Sue’s extensive background in employee development and training will make her a huge asset to our association,” says Cheryl Steinbacher, Farm Credit’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. “We’re excited to bring her on board and look forward to her working with Farm Credit staff on their career development.”

In her new role, Greulich will work with Farm Credit employees across the association’s five state territory to help them set and achieve their career goals, and work with them to ensure they receive the training they need to position themselves for success. “I am thrilled to join the Farm Credit family,” says Greulich. “I look forward to working with each staff member and learning where they envision themselves in their careers.”

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Greulich attended Marymount College of Fordham University. Prior to joining Farm Credit, she was the director of training for Cardinal Bank. Greulich now resides in Ellicott City, Maryland.
