WCS focuses on a flexible, customized approach to corporate wellness and has trained over 1000 wellness champions through its high-touch method. The Champion Hub builds on that experience, creating an online space for wellness champions to collaborate and communicate about employee and personal wellbeing.

The platform was built in partnership with Higher Logic, who designed the Hub to be an interactive, online community and not just another tool. For the first time, champions will have one place where they can share their own experiences, best practices, and new ideas and have immediate access the full range of WCS champion resources, including flyers, webinars, and event guides.
Over 68% of WCS's full service clients have a wellness champion program. "Constantly communicating and iterating has allowed us to build effective wellness programs for each unique client," said Nancy Lesch, Director of Strategy and Engagement. "The Champion Hub provides a space for wellness champions to do the same, promoting behavior change by sharing and collaborating with each other."
The Champion Hub also comes with a mobile app, WellChampion, for on-the-go use and collaboration.
