Obrecht Properties Promotes Bryan Eberle to President of Construction

Obrecht Properties, LLC is pleased to announce that Bryan Eberle has been promoted to President of Construction. Mr. Eberle will oversee all aspects of both in-house and third party construction, including business development.

Recent third party construction projects include the redevelopment and construction of 1620 York Road in Lutherville (the former Watson’s Garden Center); redevelopment and construction of 1 Kelly Way in Sparks for Kelly & Associates; multiple locations for Chesapeake Urology; and the construction of a 48,850-square-foot medical office building at 5400 Old Court Road in Baltimore for LifeBridge Health. 

Prior to joining Obrecht Properties, Bryan held a project management position at Struever Bros, Eccles & Rouse, Inc. in Baltimore. Mr. Eberle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland.
