Saladworks Refreshes Brand with Gusto POS Technology

9/2/17

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Saladworks, the nation’s original and largest fresh-tossed salad franchise concept based in Conshohocken, Penn., has chosen Dovetail Systems, Inc.’s Gusto® Point of Sale (POS) system as their omni-channel digital platform. Gusto affords Saladworks an enterprise system, built to manage and grow their chain by unlocking synergies through a cross platform customer engagement solution, leveraging a unified online and mobile ordering, in-store kiosk, and traditional POS platform.

Saladworks is currently rolling out a systemwide store redesign, leveraging a refresh of their technology stack to establish a unified brand presence across every order channel; thus, enabling their franchisees and the corporate brand alike to collect, analyze, and make actionable decisions based upon real data. After an in-depth search for a technology partner that could deliver the company’s vision of a cohesive omni channel presence, Saladworks chose Dovetail’s Gusto POS as the best product on the market to be installed at every location.

“As we examined every aspect of technology at our locations, we knew that we needed to have a uniform option to benefit both our franchisees and guests,” said Saladworks CEO Patrick Sugrue. “We reviewed many potential solutions, but we selected Dovetail’s Gusto system because we felt that it was the best option to meet our needs.”

The partnership between Dovetail and Saladworks provides a next generation POS solution and content management system for its kiosk, online, mobile, and third party online ordering channels.

“We are excited to partner with Saladworks to deliver a next generation POS solution to help them better serve their customers,” said Dovetail System’s CEO, Peter J. Rogers, Jr. “Their forward-thinking team has a comprehensive vision on how to more deeply engage customers and we are working diligently to help Saladworks deliver a first-rate customer focused solution.”
