The annual gathering pairs real estate professionals under the age of 35, with "veterans" of the industry to discuss trends and issues of the day. Speakers included Dave Bookout, Avalon Bay; Erick Gilbert, Tradepoint Atlantic; John Hermann, Corporate Office Properties Trust; Gerry Hiller, Whiting-Turner; Arsh Mirmiran, Caves Valley Partners; Gene Parker, Continental Realty Corporation; and Rick Williamson, St. John Properties.

"This annual event sells out quickly, as our Developing Leaders seize the opportunity to spend quality time with established real estate professionals in an informal setting," explained Spencer Perry, Chair of the Developing Leaders committee. We've been using Nick's Fish House over and over, because the views of the marina are spectacular."
