The Ravens announced on Aug. 4 that they have signed veteran offensive tackle Austin Howard to a three-year deal.
Terms were not disclosed, but NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported it would be a three-year, $16 million deal with $5.5 million this year and team options in future years. ESPN had first reported the deal.
To make room for Howard on the roster, the Ravens waived tight end Crockett Gillmore (knee) with an injury designation.
