- Parkville Bowling Lanes leased 22,000 square feet to open at Parkville Shopping Center, Parkville, Md. from Regency Centers. Geoffrey Mackler and Scott Herman with H&R represented the landlord.
- Shoe City leased 6,500 square feet at Enterprise Plaza, Lanham, Md. from Combined Properties. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.
- Footaction leased 5,814 square feet at Iverson Plaza, Temple Hills, Md. from Jemal’s Iverson Plaza. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the tenant.
- Cricket leased 3,346 square feet at Senator Square Shopping Center, Washington, D.C. from Celia Properties. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the landlord.
- Therapeutic Sessions Corp leased 2,050 square feet at East River Park Shopping Center, Washington, D.C. from Cedar East River Park, LLC. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the landlord.
- Wirelesss Center leased 2,000 square feet at 1141 Garrisonville Road, Stafford, Va. from Keystone Mt Retail, Inc. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the tenant.
