Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed three leases totaling 22,626-square-feet located at Rumsey Road, in Columbia, MD 21045, a portfolio of three buildings owned by Finmarc Management, Inc..  Finmarc Management, Inc. is a fully integrated commercial real estate company that focuses on the real estate investment, management, leasing and development of 6.7 million square feet of retail, industrial/flex and office buildings throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.    

Kate Jordan, Principal, and Marley Welsh, Senior Associate of Lee & Associates Maryland, represented the Landlord, Finmarc Management, Inc. in all three transactions.  Finmarc Management, Inc. purchased the four building, 135,015 square foot portfolio from First Potomac Realty Trust in 2015. 

Calvary Christian Fellowship of Ellicott City, Inc. leased 15,415-square-feet at 9180 Rumsey Road, The Church is leaving their temporary space at North Laurel Community Center to a space of their own. A 3,450 square foot flex space was leased to Parry Labs, LLC at 9150 Rumsey Road. Parry Labs, LLC builds aerospace and defense solutions to counter national security challenges. The last of the three, a 3,761-square-foot flex space located at 9160 Rumsey Road, has been leased by Social Health Services Group, Inc. (SHSG, Inc.). SHSG, Inc. offers services to people with developmental, emotional, and/or physical disabilities.

Marley Welsh of Lee & Associates commented on the recent leases saying, “The Rumsey portfolio already had a nice mix of assembly, office and flex users that balance out the parking at the complex while also offering amenities to the public. The addition of these Tenants fills the vacancy with that same theme. The easy accessibility and central proximity to both DC and Baltimore make the property appealing to prospective tenants. The building will have only one vacancy left which comes available on August 1st and is 3,450 SF of flex space. We expect to have good activity.”
