Fox Sports/MLB Network's Ken Rosenthal joined Glenn Clark Radio July 17 to discuss the Orioles' future after reporting that the team is preparing to sell at the trade deadline.
Rosenthal wrote on Facebook July 16 that Orioles executive vice president of baseball operations Dan Duquette is ready to trade the team's top relievers and outfielder Seth Smith, pending owner Peter Angelos' approval.
"So that's where they are," Rosenthal told Glenn Clark Radio. "And where it's going, I don't know."
With Smith and relievers Zach Britton, Brad Brach and Darren O'Day reportedly available, the Orioles could opt to rebuild, according to Rosenthal.
