EBA Engineering Adds Kevin Kreis to Board of Directors

EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) has announced the election of Kevin Kreis PE, CCS, DBIA, to EBA’s Board of Directors; promotion to senior vice president; and promotion to principal-in-charge of the firm’s construction management and inspection (CMI) department. Kreis joined EBA in 2008 and was previously vice president of the CMI department, where he managed a staff of more than 100 professionals and oversaw the firm’s CMI projects in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

“Kevin’s efforts have helped double EBA’s CMI staff and revenue over the past 5 years,” said EBA President and CEO Rizwan Siddiqi, PE. “He has been integral to EBA’s remarkable growth and success over the past decade.”

Kreis has 38 years of construction management experience. He has served on the Maryland Quality Initiative (MdQI) Steering Committee for the last 17 years and as a committee chair for the American Council of Engineering Companies/Maryland (ACEC/MD). He is also a past president of the Maryland Association of Engineers.

He received his MBA from the University of Baltimore and his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University. He is a registered professional engineer in Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He is also a certified construction specifier (CCS) and designated design-build professional (DBIA).
