Rachel focuses her practice on all areas of affiliate marketing, Internet advertising, and iGaming platforms. As Practice Group leader of the firm’s Internet Advertising & Marketing group, she advises eCommerce merchants on structuring business partnerships in ways that minimize liability and maximize revenue: she ensures compliance with federal regulations, handles complex contract negotiations and disputes, and defends law suits including class actions.

She received her J.D. cum laude with honors from the University of Maryland-Francis King Carey School of Law and her B.
