Vikas Gupta
Vikas Gupta, Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Development at Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc., has been elected to the Board of the Directors of the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Maryland Chapter.
Mr. Gupta leads all new deal activity for Omega, a publicly traded healthcare REIT (NYSE: OHI), with an equity value of approximately $10 billion. As of March 31, 2017, Omega has a portfolio of investments that includes approximately 1,000 skilled nursing and seniors housings properties located in 42 states and the United Kingdom with over 77 different operators. His role entails overseeing all aspects of acquisitions and construction, including originations, underwriting, structuring, diligence, and documentation.
