Washington Property Co. Leases 130,575 SF of Office and Retail Space In Suburban DC

Washington Property Company’s Bethesda Corner is the site of Kenyon & Sloan’s 32,001 SF lease renewal.

Led by the 32,000 square foot lease renewal by longtime Bethesda auctioneer and appraiser Sloans & Kenyon, Washington Property Company (WPC) leased 130,575 square feet of space in nine of its suburban Washington, DC properties during the second quarter of 2017. In addition, several retail leases were negotiated at the company’s recently acquired Ballenger Creek shopping center in Frederick, MD. WPC’s newly inked deals are as follows:

MARYLAND

7034 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD – 32,001 SF

  • Sloans & Kenyon renewed its lease of 32,001 square feet. Joshua Gurland of WPC represented the owner.

6900 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD – 14,749 SF

  • Skin at LRG renewed its lease of 2,656 SF. Joshua Gurland of WPC represented the owner.
  • Realty USA renewed its lease of 686 SF. Joshua Gurland of WPC represented the owner.
  • USPS renewed its lease of 5,606 SF. Brian Murphy of CBRE represented the tenant and Joshua Gurland of WPC represented the owner.
