Full-service commercial real estate and investment firm seeking to expand its brokerage platform

Baltimore, MD (July6, 2017) -- Greenspring Realty Partners, Inc. (GRP), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate and investment company, has named Jon Manekin to the newly-formed position of Director of Commercial Brokerage. He was formerly Vice President at JLL.

In his new role, Manekin will oversee all third-party brokerage and consulting services provided by the company, as well as identify and execute acquisition and development opportunitiesin the greater Baltimore metropolitan market.

Manekin brings more than fifteen years of diversified real estate experience to GRP. Before his position with JLL, he functioned as Vice President of Brokerage at Colliers | International, as well as holding leasing positions with Corporate Office Properties Trust, Chesapeake Real Estate Group and Advantis/GVA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.

Manekin is active with numerous professional and civic organizations including NAIOP Maryland, Jubilee Baltimore, Walters Art Museum, Johns Hopkins Carey Business School CityLab, and Maryland SPCA.
