— Barcroft Plaza to Undergo Significant Façade Renovation, KLNB to Assist with Leasing —
KLNB, the full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today that it has been hired by Federal Realty to assist in the leasing of Barcroft Plaza, a 100,000-square-foot shopping center in Falls Church, Va. KLNB principal, John Meyer, and associates, Jake Levin and Josh Weiner, were awarded the listing.
“Federal Realty is one of the premiere firms in the industry, and they were looking for local expertise to expedite the right mix of retail for the Falls Church community,” said Meyer. “This is the first time Federal Realty has given a retail-focused listing to an outside firm in the Washington DC Metro MSA, so we are honored to be selected.”
Federal Realty acquired Barcroft Plaza in 2007. The shopping center, anchored by Harris Teeter, will undergo a significant exterior renovation, which will begin in July and is expected to be complete by November 2017. Barcroft Plaza will remain open during construction.
