Three Mortgage Loans Totaling $185.1 Million Secured By The Avalonbay Portfolio Los Angeles, California And Laurel, Maryland
New York Life Real Estate Investors announced today the financing, on behalf of AvalonBay Communities, Inc. (AVB), of three multifamily properties comprising of a total of 1,384 units. The properties known as Eaves Woodland Hills and Eaves Los Feliz are located in Los Angeles, CA. The Avalon Russet property is located in Laurel, MD. The 10 year fixed rate financings totaled $185.1 million. Bellwether Enterprise was the mortgage broker.
