Owings Brothers Contracting Project Spotlight: Carroll County Pool House

6/29/17

By Baltimore Fishbowl

The problem for this Carroll County homeowner- no place to suit up for a swim! They had a beautiful pool, but no place for guests to change or shower. This new pool house was just what was needed to complete this outdoor haven. The new pool house offers a storage area for pool toys, chemicals and equipment to keep the pool sparkling, a refrigerator to keep beverages cool and a shower area to rinse off before dressing.

What makes this pool house even better is the covered patio area for guests to sit and enjoy a cold beverage out of the sun, but still watch the little ones in the pool or enjoy visiting with others that go for a swim. The new pool house fits perfectly on the property within the confines of the required fenced area and has great appeal as it coordinates with the style of the main house.
