224,000 square foot project features mix of single-story and mid-rise office buildings
Lee & Associates Maryland has brokered leases with Prime Residential, LLC for 6152 square feet of space and Smith, Graham & Crump, LLC for 2,059 square feet of space at Maryland Corporate Center, a four-building, 224,000 square foot commercial office portfolio positioned within the Lanham section of Prince George’s County. Lee & Associates recently was awarded a contract from Melrose Holdings, LLC to perform comprehensive leasing and asset management for the project. Lee & Associates Senior Vice President Bill Harrison, Principal Kate Jordan and Associate Austin Eber represented both the landlord and the tenant in both transactions.
Prime Residential intends to relocate approximately thirty employees to this new building from their existing location in Landover. The company provides a comprehensive array of brokerage services and financing products to the residential housing industry in suburban Maryland. The company is moving to 7375 Executive Place.
Smith, Graham & Crump, a general practice law firm, is relocating from the Largo area and will occupy 7404 Executive Place.
Maryland Corporate Center consists of 7404 Executive Place, a five-story, 77,000 square foot building; 7375 Executive Place, a four-story, 65,000 square foot project; 7401 Forbes Boulevard, a single-story, 31,000 square foot building and 7501 Forbes Boulevard, a two-story, 51,000 square foot project. Located adjacent to MD Route 193 (Greenbelt Road), the complex is approximately four miles from the Capital Beltway (Interstate 495) and MD Route 295, as well as less than twenty miles from the Washington, D.C. core. The New Carrollton metro station is within close proximity.
