The Washington Post Names Intact Technology a Winner of the Greater Washington Area 2017 Top Workplaces Award

RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intact Technology, Inc., an IT Operations Management Consulting company, has been awarded, for the second year in a row, a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Washington Post. In its fourth annual survey, The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list spotlights private, public, nonprofit and government agencies with the highest ratings from their employees.

This award recognizes Intact’s commitment to its employees and corporate culture.

“As a company, we strive to make sure our employees remain as excited as they were when they first joined Intact, and are proud to be named a 2017 Top Workplace,” said Jesse White, President. “We are focused on fortifying our culture and fostering employee development. We believe every employee should be inspired to be their best and should be supported not only professionally, but personally. Our ultimate goal is for our people to feel passionate about what they do everyday.”

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.
