Fantasy Baseball Waiver-Wire Targets: June 16, 2017

Houston Astros starting pitcher Lance McCullers is the latest impact player in fantasy baseball to suffer an injury, as he was placed on the disabled list June 12 with lower back discomfort. The 23-year-old has been lights-out this season, pitching to a 2.58 ERA and 1.06 WHIP with 89 strikeouts in 76.2 innings. The good news is he may only miss one start. There's a chance McCullers will be on an innings limit this year, which fantasy owners need to monitor, so this time off could be a blessing in disguise.
