H&R Retail Completes Four Retail Leases In Maryland

H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm,announced that it recently completed four retail lease transactions in Maryland. The leases include:

FedEx Office leased 4,598 square feet at Riverdale Park Station, Riverdale Park, Md. from Calvin Cafritz Enterprises. David Ward and Sebastian Restifo with H&R represented the landlord.

MOD Pizza leased 3,043 square feet at St. Mary’s Marketplace, California, Md. from Investors Acquisition Group, LLC. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.

BB&T Bank leased 2,000 square feet at Erdman Shopping Center, Baltimore, Md. from The Erdland Company. Larry Hoffman, Scott Yurow, and Geoffrey Mackler with H&R represented the landlord.

Flair Cleaners leased 1,600 square feet at Glenridge Shopping Center, Lanham, Md. from GFS Realty, Inc. Brian Mitchell and Jim Crilley with H&R represented the landlord.
