Ralph Emerson
Ralph W. "Buddy" Emerson, Jr., Senior Vice President, M&T Bank, was elected 2017-2018 Chairman of the Maryland Bankers Association at MBA's 122nd Annual Convention on June 6. He will also lead its Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Emerson leads the Financial Institutions Group and the Government Banking Group for M&T. Previously he was regional president for M&T in Greater Baltimore having served for many years in commercial banking for Allfirst and its predecessor, First National Bank of Maryland.
