How Long Will Orioles Be Without Chris Davis?

The Orioles will be without Chris Davis for an extended time. How long? Manager Buck Showalter wouldn't guess to reporters in Chicago June 13.

In 2014, the first baseman was on the 15-day disabled list with a strained left oblique for just 16 days, but the season was one to forget.

Even though Davis was batting .250 when he went on the DL April 26, that season went south rapidly, and for most of the second half of 2014, his average was below .200.

When Davis' season ended due to the 25-game suspension for using Adderall without a prescription Sept. 12, 2014, he was batting .196.
