Kevin Spacey seems to be driving Baltimore’s high-end residential real estate market these days.

A townhouse used to film Netflix’s TV series “House of Cards,” starring Spacey as Frank Underwood, is going up for auction next month. The exterior of the Victorian-era residence was used in the show as the first home of Underwood and his wife Claire, played by Robin Wright.

The house is supposed to be in Washington, D.C., though it’s actually located at 1609 Park Avenue in Baltimore’s Bolton Hill neighborhood. (The interiors of the fictional Underwood house were shot off-site.)

The real-life owners of the house have hired Alex Cooper Auctioneers to sell the home in an auction on the premises next month.
