Rosen Sapperstein & Friedlander, LLC (RS&F), one of the region’s premier and largest business consulting and accounting firms, announced that it will be moving its Owings Mills headquarters office to Towson, Md. The unique new space, formerly a retail space, is approximately 14,000 square feet, and located on York Road in downtown Towson. The mixed-use building is home to LA Fitness, Chipotle Mexican Grill, General Dynamics, and other retail and office tenants. The office will open in December and will be designed by the Verve Partnership, a Baltimore-based design firm.

It’s not every day that a company moves its corporate headquarters to a new geographic location and our move is a testament to our growth as a firm,” says Jeffrey Rosen, Partner at RS&F. “We are thrilled to be opening this office and we look forward to continue servicing our expanding client base while increasing our visibility in the market.”
The Towson office will serve as a workspace for over 50 employees and is large enough to accommodate anticipated future growth of the firm. RS&F currently has offices in Columbia and Annapolis as well as Owings Mills.
Columbia Office Moves to New Location
In addition to the Towson move, RS&F will be moving its Columbia, Md. office at the end of June. The firm has outgrown its space on Columbia Gateway Drive, which opened in December 2013. The new Columbia office will be located at 30 Corporate Center on Little Patuxent Parkway, adjacent to the rapidly redeveloping Columbia Mall and Merriweather Post areas.
