Wiggins is a four-star prospect on all of the major recruiting services -- 24/7 Sports, Rivals, Scout and ESPN. He's rated the 43rd-best prospect nationally in the 2018 class by 24/7 Sports. Wiggins had a bevy of high-end Division I offers, including from nearby Virginia and Virginia Tech as well as top programs such as Kansas and Arizona.
