Ravens tight end Dennis Pitta suffered another hip injury during an OTA workout June 2, putting his NFL career in jeopardy one year after an inspiring return from two previous hip injuries.
The workout was not open to the media, but according to the team, Pitta stretched to make a catch and fell to the turf, and when he went to get up, he could not put any weight on his leg.
In a statement released by the team, general manager Ozzie Newsome said Pitta was undergoing tests to determine the severity of the injury.
