6/4/17

Greg Boucher

Greg has extensive experience working with middle market businesses in M&A advisory, strategic planning, and business development. Prior to joining The Braff Group, he was a Managing Director at Bengur Bryan and The McLean Group, two highly regarded Mid-Atlantic investment banks. He has vast experience in health information technology, internet, mobile, cyber security, broadband, and government contracting.

He is the Immediate Past President of the Maryland Association of Corporate Growth and currently sits on the board of the Maryland Tech Council.

Greg holds a Masters Certificate in Business Management from Tulane University and a BS in Organizational Communications from Missouri State University.

At the intersection of better outcomes, patient satisfaction, and reduced cost lies health information technology. Innovations in predictive analytics, patient engagement, population health management, coordinated care, telehealth, interoperability, electronic medical records, and revenue cycle management hold the keys to the fundamental transformation of health care from fee-for-service to fee-for-outcome. As investment capital pours into the space and providers seek to develop and integrate the technologies necessary to better align incentives in an extraordinarily complex health care delivery system, health care information technology is poised for a long and vibrant period of mergers and acquisitions.
