Metropolis Capital Advisors announced today that it has successfully arranged the $15.5 million refinancing of Houston Leisure RV Resort, a recreation vehicle park located in Houston, Texas.
The 5-year term and 30 year amortization non-recourse loan, provided by a CMBS lender, allowed for the Borrower to access significant equity in the property.
Houston Leisure RV Resort is a year-round extended stay RV Park located along the San Jacinto River in Highlands, Texas, a suburb of Houston. It is situated in a serene country setting with an abundance of amenities including a swimming pool, exercise facility, laundry facility, four bath houses, general store, and Wi-Fi. The 436-site park consists of full hook-up sites for RV’s as well as single family and duplex rentals.
