Federal Capital Partners (FCP) welcomes Arthur Modell as an Analyst on its Commercial Acquisitions team, responsible for underwriting new office, retail and industrial investments and providing analytical support in managing FCP’s existing commercial portfolio.

Prior to joining FCP, Arthur served as an Associate on CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Institutional Properties Team. While at CBRE, Arthur was responsible for managing the disposition of institutional commercial property across the Mid-Atlantic region and specialized in office and industrial investment dispositions and recapitalizations. Arthur received his BA from Occidental College in 2014 and is an active ULI member and a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundations’ Young Professional Leadership Council.
