Granted, it's just practice, in spring, with no hitting and no pads, so it's foolhardy to draw any conclusions from OTA workouts. Still, the May 25 session open to the media offered the first glimpse at the 2017 Ravens. Here are five observations:
1. Ryan Jensen, James Hurst Earn First Chance To Win Offensive Line Jobs
The Ravens' first-team offensive line featured Ronnie Stanley at left tackle, Alex Lewis at left guard, Jensen at center, John Urschel at right guard and Hurst at right tackle. Marshal Yanda is sitting out OTAs after shoulder surgery -- and probably would anyway as a longtime veteran -- but it was noteworthy that Jensen, not Urschel, was the first-team center.
