Rayshad Lewis, the former Utah State wide receiver who recently transferred to Maryland, has several connections to the school and the state. His cousin, former quarterback Calvin McCall, played for the Terps, as did two of his uncles.
Also, his father is former Ravens great Ray Lewis.
"I kind of had an idea [that people would be interested], knowing his impact that he had in the area" the younger Lewis said of his father on Glenn Clark Radio May 10. "But at the same time, I feel like it will be a great fit for me and a great next step for my career."
