Zarren Law Group, LLC (ZLG) announced today that Felix Kushnir has joined its team to enhance its core competencies. 

Mr. Kushnir is an experienced business lawyer who primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate finance, intellectual property and technology, restructuring transactions, and general business/contractual matters. Prior to joining ZLG, Felix was previously in the Washington DC offices of Bingham McCutchen LLP (now known as Morgan Lewis) and, more recently, Dickstein Shapiro LLP (now known as Blank Rome), which are large international law firms. Felix also owned and served as the CEO of a company based in Virginia so his entrepreneurial experience will be valuable in serving ZLG’s growing middle market client base.

Managing Partner Adam Zarren said, “We are thrilled that Felix has joined our growing team.  His background and pedigree are completely aligned with our core practice areas and he will be a valuable addition to ZLG.  Felix’s experience representing private equity firms will strengthen our private equity practice.” 

Felix has been an active member of the legal community.  For instance, he served as the Deputy Judge Advocate of the Navy League. Felix obtained his Juris Doctor, with honors, from George Washington University Law School and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude.
