Matt represents banks, funds, family offices, companies and high net worth individuals in structuring and negotiating a wide range of debt and equity investments including in connection with technology, life science, asset based, private equity and venture capital debt finance. Matt also has extensive experience in counseling lenders and companies on corporate structure issues, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contacts, negotiation tactics and corporate strategy.
