Jonathan R. Wachs, Chair of Offit Kurman’s Intellectual Property Group, is now the Attorney of Record for 1,000 trademark applications and registrations on file with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Wachs achieved the milestone earlier this month after submitting a client’s trademark application.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Wachs has advised, represented, and negotiated on the behalf of hundreds of clients in the areas of intellectual property, commercial transactions, and outsourced legal departments. As an IP attorney, he works closely with clients to assess, develop, register, analyze, enforce, and transfer IP assets. As a business lawyer, he has successfully negotiated and completed several multimillion dollar business transactions, and has served as general counsel to numerous businesses and organizations in various industries.
